Boundary Survey

A boundary survey identifies existing property corners (monuments), natural features (streams, creeks, etc.), encroachments, easements, and improvements (houses, fences, etc.).  The product is a map depicting the relationship of these items at a prescribed scale.  Missing or destroyed monuments are also replaced during a boundary survey.  Sometimes lending institutions request this type of survey when a property is being borrowed against.
